Calling Notice for the ICPEM AGM 2011
Notice of the Annual General Meeting of The Institute of Civil Protection and Disaster Management; Registered Charity No. 1127226
Notice is hereby given that the third Annual General Meeting of ICPEM will take place at Kettering Conference Centre, Thurston Drive, Kettering, NN15 6PB, on Thursday 7th April 2011 at 3.30 p.m. to transact the following business:
1. to receive and consider the Trustees' Report, the Financial Statements for the Year end, and the Auditors' Report.
2. the election of Honorary Officers.
3. the appointment of Auditors – Gary Sergeants & Co. of Swanley, Kent.
There will also be presentations on the CPD on-line facilities offered by the Institute by Peter Brodie FICPEM and by David Slater, MD Intradependency Ltd
Any nominations for election as an Honorary Officer, and any Resolutions, should be made in writing to the General Secretary by no later than 25th March 2011.
The Financial Report and Accounts for the year 2010, together with details of Resolutions and Nominations, received prior to the meeting, and the Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting will be available shortly on the ICPEM website www.icpem.net
